Easy Pulls, No Overspin
Reel-N-Reel is a highly mobile, easy cable-pulling reel that prevents wire overspin and pooling. It loads like a traditional wooden reel, but the hub-locking design holds the reel through the loading, transport, and payout.
A standard reel needs jack stands, a bar, and usually two people before anyone touches the wire. Once it starts spinning, it keeps spinning, and wire pools on the floor where it picks up kinks and scuffs. Vertical pulls are just as difficult, because gravity works against the crew the whole time.
Reel-N-Reel ships on a heavy-duty cradle pallet and pays out what the crew pulls. Stop pulling, and the wire stays where you left it. Same wire, same take-up machine. The reel is what changed.

A Reel Inside a Reel
Innovative details that make loading, transport, and payout easier.
Outer Flange
The outer flange is larger than the inner reel. It rides in the cradle, takes the chocks, and carries the directional arrow.
Inner Reel
The inner reel carries the wire. This is the only part that turns while the crew pulls.
Locking Hub
The locking hub holds the reel throughout loading, transport, and payout. The 16″ core has three tail holes on every size.
Cradle Pallet
The cradle pallet ships with the reel and does the job a jack stand used to. Work off it or lift the reel clear.
Load Against the Arrow.
Pull with It.
Every outer flange is stenciled with a payout arrow at the factory. On the take-up machine, wind so the rotation runs opposite the arrow. At the pull site, orient the reel so the direction of pull follows the arrow.
The cradle pallet moves the reel into the take-up machine and can stay underneath while it winds. At the jobsite the crew pulls straight off the pallet, or forklifts the reel off and chocks the outer flanges front and back.
Three Sizes, One Design
Reel-N-Reel’s uniform design offers equal weight capacity no matter the reel size. The three reel sizes correspond to how much wire fits on that reel, not how much weight the reel holds. The last two digits of the part number reference the outer flange diameter.
