Wire donation helps light up a home for MJ

Cerrowire donates to Habitat for Humanity of Morgan County

Hartselle, AL – At Cerrowire®, we build energize and inspire in all that we do. For us, that philosophy applies to more than the products we make. We also work as a team to build stronger communities where we live and work.

For the past 15 years, Cerrowire’s Alabama plant has supported Habitat for Humanity of Morgan County through the donation of building wire. In fact, you’ll find our CerroMax™ NM-B in close to 50 Habitat homes in the county.

This year, our CerroMax NM-B is lighting up the new handicap-accessible home being built at Phoenix Place in Hartselle for a youngster and his aunt, Muajani Stitts. MJ is a seven-year old who was born with a disease that forces him to use a ventilator as well as a wheelchair for large parts of the day. Despite the challenges he faces, MJ’s energy and spunk inspire those around him.

The Cerrowire team is excited to be able to help make a difference in the lives of neighbors in our hometown.
